Warranty Policy
We provide 1 year warranty for all remaining parts.
The warranty period is one year from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated in the parts description. We guarantee that the project will not exhibit functional defects that may occur under normal operating conditions during the warranty period.
In the event of a defect, we will send you a replacement, repair the equipment or refund the purchase price based on availability. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization and return the defective device within 7 days of reporting the defect.
In most cases, Moore Automation will use our approved shipping methods to pay for return shipping and shipping costs.
If after checking the product, Moore Automation Limited determines that the defect is due to misuse, negligence, alteration, improper installation, accident, unauthorized repair or incorrect testing, or the product serial number does not match the product originally sold. The warranty is invalid.
Factory new parts
Factory new products retain the manufacturer's full warranty.
These warranties supersede any other warranties, express or implied, including our implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any damages, but does not include, but does not exceed, the amount we pay for the product, including our liability for any subsequent or consequential damages or any related or unrecommended profits.

Shipping information
Global shipping
Various transportation options are available in each country. Shipping methods and fees are clearly indicated on all quotations.
Operator
Unless otherwise stated, we will ship through DHL. We can also ship via Fedex, UPS, TNT or USPS (US Postal Service). We can also use your account.
Transport carrier
If you need a complete paperwork for a particular situation (such as a letter of credit), we can send a small package "goods mode".
Heavier items can be transported on pallets or crates. We can arrange LTL freight, sea or air, or work with your freight forwarder.

Transportation costs

Not warranty
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product within 7 calendar days after the invoice date. Unless otherwise stated, all non-warranty returns will be subject to a 20% replenishment management fee. The “Factory New” product is subject to the manufacturer's return policy.
If you need to make a non-warranty return claim, please contact us by email or call the Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning.
Products must be returned with a purchase status and accompanied by a Moore Automation Limited Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Return authorization
No items should be returned until you contact our sales department to obtain a Moore Automation Limited Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# must be clearly printed on the outside of the box where the item is returned. A return authorization must also be included in the box.
